How do I track my order?

Go to "My Orders" in your account to see real-time order status and history.

How do I return an item?

Visit "My Orders", find the delivered order, and click "Request Return". See our Refund Policy for eligibility.

How do I become a seller?

Click "Sell on IkazeStores" and complete the seller application. Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

My payment failed — what do I do?

Failed payments are automatically refunded to your mobile money account within 1–3 business days. Try placing the order again with sufficient balance.

How are commissions paid to sellers?

Commissions are tracked automatically per sale. Payouts are processed manually on a weekly basis via mobile money. Details are provided during seller onboarding.
