Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IkazeStores ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

IkazeStores is a multi-seller marketplace that connects physical stores with virtual sellers and customers. Physical store owners list products; virtual sellers create branded storefronts to resell those products. Customers browse and purchase from these virtual stores.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.
• IkazeStores reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Seller Obligations

• Virtual sellers must apply and be approved before opening a store.
• Sellers are responsible for accurate product descriptions and pricing within their stores.
• Sellers must fulfill orders in a timely manner as described in their store policies.
• Sellers may not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.

5. Payments & Commissions

Payments are processed via PawaPay (MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money). A commission is deducted from each sale per the agreed commission rate. Payouts to sellers are processed manually on a schedule communicated to sellers at onboarding. IkazeStores is not liable for delays caused by the payment processor.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined in our Refund Policy. Customers have 30 days from delivery to request a return for eligible items.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not use the Platform for fraudulent transactions.
• Do not attempt to manipulate pricing, reviews, or rankings.
• Do not share your account access with unauthorized persons.
• Do not scrape or copy Platform content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

IkazeStores and its logos are trademarks of IkazeStores. Product images and content uploaded by sellers remain the seller's property. By uploading content, you grant IkazeStores a license to display it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

IkazeStores is a marketplace platform. We are not the seller of record for products listed by third-party sellers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
